Being a consultant for an organization innovation or being as a coach for sports team, it always inspired me when an individual transforms. I have always been curious about what those people are thinking. How does he/she feel? What is he/she going to determine? How do they want to use the rest of their lives?

Moving to HK was a turning point because I had to reset my career and environment. The only thing left in my mind was curiosity about people's mind. I knew what coaching was because I used to have a coach; however I was only determined to study coaching after I came to HK.

Since then, I started reading different types of books about coaching, but when I read “Co-Active Coaching,” I had a feeling that this is the ONE.

For myself, coaching is like an adventure to find the client's inner treasure. There will be a lot of treasure chests, some may be big and some may be small, and some may be the treasure that the owner does not know of. It is amazing to be in the moment when my client unravels the treasure chest. It is my pleasure to be with my client at precious moment. It is encouraging and beautiful that inspires me.

大学時代、部活の監督に「お前は未完の大器だ」と言われ、
なんだか嬉しくてもっともっと自分を信じて頑張ろうと思いました。
バルセロナでガウディが残した未完の大作、
サグラダファミリアを見たときにこの言葉を思い出しました。
どんな作品が出来上がるのかワクワクすると同時に
こだわり続けることで完成という状態はないのかもしれません。
未完というのは人に希望も与えます。
「自分は未完の大器である。」何歳であろうと、
どこかで自分のことを「まだ可能性がある」「まだできる」
「更に人生が良くなる」そう信じている人を応援したいですね。
